If your pet has fleas, they will be given an capstar pill to eliminate them.  You will be charged $20.00 to cover the price of the capstar and treating the salon to ensure other clients do not get fleas.

 

If you are unable to pick up your pet when called that they are ready to go home, you will be charged an extra $5.00 per every 15 minutes after you have not arrived within 30 minutes of the phone call.  We will work with busy schedules as long as you advise us at the time of scheduling your appointment.  This will ensure that we are able to schedule you around our schedules as well.  We will not charge extra as long as arrangements are made at the time of scheduling your appointment.

 

There will be a $30.00 fee for all checks that are returned to us for insufficient funds.

 

If your pet is severely matted, we will NOT de-matt him/her.  We will remove matts in ears/tail etc as long as they are not severe, but we will NOT cause pain to your pet by removing matts just to save their hair.  If they do not tolorate us removing matts...it WILL be shaved.  This includes ears and tail etc.  You will be charged a matting fee even if we have to shave it off.  Shaving matted hair requires going very slow to ensure the safety of your pet.  Therefore, requiring it to take extra time to complete the grooming process.

We are NOT responsible for accidents occuring due to having to shave a matted pet.  Although we will try our best not to cut/nick your pet, when they are matted, sometimes this is unavoidable.  Also, many times there are already existing sores under matts due to the pet chewing and scratching etc.
